Booking and Rates

Rates are:
 

Day Rate (10 hrs.) $700

 

Lockout (24hrs.) $1500

 

Hourly Rate $75 (4 hr. minimum booking required)

The above rates include a staff engineer and driver for the mobile to and from the session location. 

 

All setup time (running cable, setting up instruments, micing, dialing in headphone mixes, downloading files, etc.) are considered part of the session.  All tear down and file backups are not charged.  (This is standard operating procedure for most recording studios)

 

For large instrumental sessions we may request site access ahead of the start time for additional setup time and troubleshooting at no additional cost. 

 

The session always begins at the designated start time regardless if you are present.

Please note: in order to accommodate session locations outside of Los Angeles, a surcharge of $1.50 is added for every mile over 50 traveled in a single day.

Any required permits or parking expenses incurred on location are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed to by all parties in writing.  If you have any questions or concerns about a potential location, just shoot us the address and we'll take a look to see if there might be any issues.  We also can suggest locations that we've had success with that fit your tracking scenario and budget goals.
